Founded by Jigar Mojidra, originally from Rajkot, Gujarat, the brand is inspired by the rich street food culture of India — especially the bold, flavorful egg dishes that define Gujarat’s food identity.



Honest, Flavorful Food
In 2015, Jigar moved to Canada as an international student with a dream — to build something of his own.
Like many newcomers, his journey began with struggle. He worked tirelessly, often seven days a week, balancing studies, multiple jobs, and building a career in logistics with global companies like FedEx, DHL, and Kuehne + Nagel.
But one thing was always missing: The real taste of home.
During his student days, he would cook Indian street-style egg dishes for his friends — and their reaction was always the same:
“This tastes exactly like back home.”
That moment sparked a vision.
